Your Questions, Answered
Do I have to be a Christian to receive counseling?
Not at all. While my approach is rooted in Scripture and the teachings of Jesus, I welcome anyone seeking hope, healing, and wisdom for life’s challenges. We always respect your beliefs and personal boundaries.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Everything shared in counseling remains strictly confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (such as harm to self or others, abuse, or a court order). Your privacy and trust are deeply respected.
What if my situation involves abuse, grooming, or trafficking?
We provide crisis counseling, safety planning, and family support in coordination with appropriate agencies and trusted partners. You’ll receive immediate guidance and help navigating next steps to protect you or your loved one and restore stability.
How long are sessions and how often do they happen?
Most sessions last 50 minutes, meeting weekly or biweekly depending on your goals and availability. The duration of counseling varies by person — some clients need short-term support through a life event, while others benefit from ongoing guidance and growth.
Do you take insurance?
This is a Christian counseling ministry, not a billing office, which means we’re free to provide care and support without the red tape. Because state lines or insurance codes don’t limit the ministry, we can meet with anyone, anywhere.
What you’ll get is biblically grounded, confidential, trauma-informed care that focuses on you, your story, and your future, not just a diagnosis.
How do I get started?
You can reach out through our Contact Page to request an appointment. We’ll set up a brief phone consultation to understand your needs or your case and answer questions, and schedule your first session.
Kind words from recent clients.
“When we reached out, everything was upside down. We were scared and honestly didn’t trust anyone. Our family was in crisis, and it felt like every door we knocked on either closed or came with conditions we weren’t ready for.
Andrew didn’t rush us. He listened. He helped us slow things down when everything felt like it was spinning. Some days we didn’t know what the right decision was, and he never pretended to have all the answers.”

“I didn’t realize how much I was carrying until I finally said it out loud. As a pastor, you’re expected to be the steady one. The counselor. The problem-solver.What I appreciated most was that he understood church culture. I didn’t have to explain the pressure or the politics. He spoke my language, both spiritually and practically.”
— Lead Pastor
“I didn’t come in thinking I needed counseling. I came in because my wife said I was shutting down and I didn’t know how to explain what was going on in my head. learned how to actually name what I was feeling instead of just burying it or turning it into anger. I’m still working through stuff, but I’m not stuck anymore. I’m present with my family again.”
